I saw a few interesting questions [ well, not really interesting. It just that I'm bored ] in PPF forums. So, I decided to address them via my perspective.

Why cant some people just be more honest, have more integrity?

- It is simple. Almost everyone in the world is greedy. Greed for power, money and control. These facts can never be changed, unless some the world is destroyed and reconstructed. With greed in their hands, they are willing to sacrifice what they need to achieve whatever they want. This includes integrity. Perhaps, this could be solved through inspiring speeches that makes the people reflect upon themselves; "so what if we have what we want?". It is the god damn progress that makes the difference; the progress that we all worked hard for. Else, why not just wait for things to happen since we cannot execute the progress?

Why cant some people just keep to their promises?

-Integrity, temptations and external trusts.

Why cant some people keep to the appointments they made?

-Assumptions, overconfident and laziness.

Why cant some people get together with old friends more often?

-Didn't really notice this problem. However, if such cases happen, it is most probably that the person has his mind fixed in a manner that he thinks it is difficult to reconcile with old friends. This can be affected by the long period of time being separated, making meetings to be awkward. On the other hand, aren't it supposed to be more comfortable and more topics to talk about?

Why cant some people just have a better sense of humour?

-They take things too seriously, duh.
